Great customer service! I do miss Pet People, as Hollywood Feed does not stock some of the products that I liked and frequently bought when it was Pet People. Also some items that you do currently stock, are not ordered in large enough quantities and sell out quickly (Chicken Chips) and therefore are very hard to get. I think the staff is great at my location but I wish Hollywood Feed had not taken over Pet People.
The staff and quality of product at this store are unparalleled. thanks!

Great option to wash my dog in the store. However there was no dryer as I was told so dog left in the cold and went home wet. I would come back again once dryer is replaced! Thank you!
The employees are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! They are highly knowledgeable and most valuable and a great asset to this store on FarHills. However, as you have taken over the store as Hollywood feed. You have changed a number of things which I find abit bothering. One thing in particular- The quality of better food for our pets is at this store. But the “amount” usually on the shelf’s are down in quantity. I buy all my dogs food there. But now I have to call and see if it’s available now.
