All staff was very knowledgeable, very friendly helpful and considerate. Just got my new critter and they helped find all i need and I’m on food plan for pooch now and got info on lady that does grooming services. They even found me local area places for animal chipping and annual licensing. It was great!!!!!!

We were greeted within 5 seconds of walking in the store. We were asked a few times if we needed assistance finding anything. The employees were knowledgeable and kind. We love shopping at this store because it is always a great experience!

I was greeted as soon as I entered and asked what I needed. They were helpful in pointing out where things in the store were located. I’ve been here twice and each time, the people are quick to help, very knowledgeable and patient.
