As a first-time visitor I was pleasantly surprised at the attention that I received from the staff as well as the wide selection of products. Everyone took their time with me to ensure that I had everything needed for my new puppy. An excellent visit!
It was my first time using the self bathe dog wash. Everything I needed was there, no mess to clean up. When checking out the employee was so helpful and knowledgeable. I left with a new fresh food for my dog also.

All staff makes us feel very welcomed whenever we walk in the store. Great product line and even go out of their way to order something they may not carry (thanks Trent). Shawn is a wealth of knowledge and always provides great advice.

Shane is a wealth of knowledge about the pet industry and pet products. He is happy to help and eager to find a solution for you. Trent is also an incredible employee that works there that makes going to this store worthwhile for me. It's the employees that make the difference for sure.
