The customer service at this location has always been fantastic - before the acquisition and after. One time, I came in and the store didn’t have enough of my preferred dog food. The manager asked what I typically buy and when — and since then, that dog food has always been available in the quantity I buy! Also, the staff is helpful in terms of being able to make reasonable decisions to drive customer loyalty - for example, if I want a 28 pound bag of dog food and you’re out of the big bags, I can buy two smaller bags for th... read more

I truly like this store and my first visit I was really impressed by the options for cat toys, collars, etc. Then when I came back I was sad to realize there’s only one row for cat stuff and the rest is primarily dogs. I hope that there would be more larger cat toys and more cat stuff for cat people like me!!!!
