I would have given two stars, but for annoying me with both an email AND a text requesting a review? I'm giving one. And that's on the company. Don't bother people. As for the experience at the store, it was WAY BETTER when it was petpeople. The people on this staff barely greet you. No name tags. They never offer help or carry outs. Rachel is a phenomenal groomer at Northbrook Hollywood feed. I recommend her highly she’s especially wonderful with my senior dog..

our groomer Rachel is at the Northbrook store. We think she is a phenomenal groomer.. I have a 13-year-old golden doodle and Rachel knows how to work with the senior dog I trust her. I recommend her I give her five star. She’s the best.

I sent my kids to buy (2) 5 pound bags of Fromm food ( black bag) since it was on sale. Not sure why those were not on sale. Looked like the ad said all 4-5 pound bags were buy one get one. Please advise. Thanks!
