I mean it, they actually come find you in the store to ask if you have any questions or need assistance. They are knowledgeable about breeds as well as the products they sell. They offer advice and if you are not satisfied with a product you return it with no issues. I took my Golden Retriever in for grooming. She was very anxious and all the employees were extremely loving and patient with her. Jess did a great job with her grooming.
