I Love the two groomer's. They are very good with the dogs and do a great job.

Superior Customer Service and Satisfaction Guaranteed!! At my store on Whitesburg the staff are eager to assist you. I mean it, they actually come find you in the store to ask if you have any questions or need assistance. They are knowledgeable about breeds as well as the products they sell. They offer advice and if you are not satisfied with a product you return it with no issues. They have great rewards program, specialty products I've not seen at other stores and offer same day/next day delivery. It is so rare and wonder... read more

I took my Golden Retriever in for grooming. She was very anxious and all the employees were extremely loving and patient with her. Jess did a great job with her grooming.
