I really love this store and the employees are very educated helpful. However the air freshener used in this store is overpowering and nauseating! Honestly the thing I dread the most coming in is the smell of the store.

I have escalated this complaint to our operations manager so that he can look into the issue. The scent in the store is a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one. The customer service is fantastic!! The staff at Hollywood Feed are very knowledgeable and helpful. The products are high quality and my cat is no longer suffering from the allergies she has from other "high" quality food.

Great service. The staff is engaged and very helpful and knowledgeable. Compared to a big box store, where staff are generally cashiers and may not know much about animals! I also love that Hollywood Feed supports local rescue(s). That alone will keep me coming back!
