I really love this store and the employees are very educated helpful. However the air freshener used in this store is overpowering and nauseating! Honestly the thing I dread the most coming in is the smell of the store.Â

However, I am so sorry you were not pleased with the smell of the scented oil machine we have in our stores. I have escalated this complaint to our operations manager so that he can look into the issue. The scent in the store is a scented oil machine that we use company wide, and every store has one.
