Sales person was very helpful! It was my first time in your stores, and the selection of dog collars was very good however none had reflective material on them. Did purchase a nice leather one and am very pleased.

It seems that there’s been a recent change in management over the last few weeks and it’s clear that the customer service side of the store is suffering. Not sure why the changes were made, but the people who are no longer there apparently were the secret to this stores Success. Sad to see it changing.
