great customer service! they went above and beyond for me! i so dearly appreciate them letting me buy the crate that was returned. my dog had just undergone surgery and his old crate wouldn’t cut it. these guys made sure i got a crate mat to go with it so my boy would be comfortable

Everyone at the Round Rock store are the best! When their delivery vehicle is down they refer me to the next closest store and ask them to help me with a delivery even though we are out of range. The Gateway store has helped us twice with deliveries. What great teamwork between stores! Great job!
