The customer service person, Heaven, was SO helpful. Our dog is older, and losing weight along with some bladder issues. We have had lots of trouble getting her to eat in the last few weeks. Heaven suggested several different things that might help. We are trying them and results after 4 days are looking good! She gave us several samples of dog food to try that are less filler and better looking food. I am so glad we found the help we did. Thank you, Heaven. :)Â
