So when I purchased my coat for my dog the guy was extremely friendly he was five stars. But unfortunately the coat did not fit so I had to take it back and you guys didn't have anything bigger in the store so when I came to return it the lady was extremely rude she gave me back $40 in $1 bills it was not a good experience
