Love the newly updated reclining chairs!! Staff was amazing and helpful....and of course the movie was OUTSTANDING!!
Great movie experience now that there's recliners instead of the office chairs. More roomy and very comfortable watching a movie there.
99% of movies we see are at Hollywood Palms. Since the update of reclining leather chairs and reserved seating has made it even more pleasurable! My only constructive critisism would be that the food quality and service could be improved upon even more.
Not too crowded for being in the middle of Naperville. Food was good and seating very comfortable. The preview these days are long. If you have young children, I recommend buying tickets online and showing up fashionably late 10 mins after showtime to manage attention span.
I went on New Years Eve to see Rogue 1. I hadn't been there since the renovation so I was really surprised. I thought the ticket price was fair compared to regular theaters and enjoyed the recliners. I also liked that there seemed to be fewer interruptions and distractions by servers. Finally, I was happy that all the previews played.
