Beautiful location but the service is terrible for a place that automatically includes gratuity. -No servers ever looked at row A -Husband had to go find a server after 20 minutes of watching everyone around us be served -No one ever checked if we needed anything after our food came -Someone said they’d bring a box and once again we had to go to the back and find someone to get a box from.
It was nice and clean but 80.00 bucks for subpar chicken tenders pop corn and pop for 3 is absolutely ridiculous
Had my first horrible experience Food was not what ordered, service was horrible in an empty theater..very disappointed this visit with birthday pass...
We were there last minute so we had no choice but to sit in the first row. I was fine with it until a family sat next to us and their toddler was crying and up and down and screaming throughout the 3 hour film. This is very inappropriate and staff did nothing. This is like you talking on a cell phone through the whole movie. It’s not allowed Hollywood Palms Cinema you need to be better aware of what’s going on and take care of the problem because I didn’t have a good movie experience my first time there.
