For years, I didn't want to go back from my first visit....a long table with office chairs, and frozen fried foods was not something I wanted to experience. But since the updates, I love coming here! The food is better, the seating is sooo comfortable! Love the reclining chairs! Love the fact that I can call for service with a touch of a button! Amazing, I love the atmosphere, the people, & the service.
I love the new chairs and I love the new button you push for service. I think the children's meals should be a little less expensive and bigger trays to eat on. Aside from that love the upgrades!
These guys are so nice!!! They just let you do your thing. They are prompt and efficient. Good memory for the little things that you request. Wayyyyy better then Woodridge.

I've been seeing movies here for years. Both the food and the service were good enough to overlook the not so great seats and tables. Now, they've upgraded the theaters with awesome new recliners. I can honestly say that with this remodel, there is no place I'd rather see a movie. Hollywood Palms is the best!
To everyone that complains about the food, it's a theater! Not a gourmet restaurant. I come to watch movies, so the recent upgrades on seats is awesome! And the food isn't THAT bad. I'll be back �
