There is always an issue finding the right paperwork. Waivers, prescriptions, faxes take forever to get either processed or inputted and that delays getting what we need. One dept can't see what another dept sees other dept isnt available to check with. Daily phone calls when shipment is ready is beyond annoying especially when it's not a complete shipment and they want to send partials.
Terrible customer service department. Constantly getting orders and delivery dates wrong.

I GET CALLS EVERYDAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY HANG UP EVERYTIME WE ANSWER THEIR CALL. I CALLED THEIR NUMBER BACK BECAUSE I NEEDED PRODUCTS FROM THEM. I TOLD THEM WHAT I NEEDED AFTER WAITING A WHILE TO GET TO A PERSON ONLY TO BE TOLD IT IS TOO EARLY TO PLACE MY ORDER YET. MY QUESTION IS WHY DO I GET CALLS EVERYDAY THAT THEY JUST HANG UP IF IT IS TOO EARLY TO PLACE MY ORDER? I WAS TOLD I WILL GET MY ORDER ON 8/31/2019. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR PRODUCTS.
