Always helpful staff - I appreciate the updates and reminders of when my items will be shipped. Also like that they tell you of other supplies that might be used. Never an issue - always a good experience if I have to call them. They were referred by a good friend - with good reason.

Their products are better than many others and everyone has been very nice. I have a problem with ***** delivery unfortunately and wish they would switch shipping companies. ***** has blocked me inside the only escape for 3 days because they haphazardly either block the door or put it behind the door where I can't get the boxes in. This great company has taken all the guess work out of my orders! Very convenient online ordering and representatives have taken time to call and see how I am doing with their products. Further, this wonderful company will fax and/or phone my doctor for what they need for insurance purposes. They have addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner too. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Home Care Delivered, Inc. is a great company. Every order is shipped the same date of each month and their service is amazing. Upon setting up everyone I've talked to is friendly and courteous and makes sure all my needs are met. The automated service feature is great if you're in a rush to have your order processed fast with no changes. I highly recommend this company to anyone with medical needs.
