I have a bad dealing with Home Care Delivered. They are extremely high priced for medical supplies. I am a senior, disabled and retired on ********* They were price gouging and charged ten times the cost of gauze that I could have purchased on my own. I believed I and ******** were cheated by this company. I will never deal with them again.

I would never again try to seek help from this provider for my son who has autism and cognitive issue that cause him to have bowel issues and he needs diapers which his providers approve however this company keeps giving his pediatrician a hard time so that it wont get approve so the supplies wont be delivered I am a single mother and its sad when companies like this give women like us hard time when we do all we can for our babies I dont recommend this company to anyone they are clearly fraudulent and my provider has approv... read more

They are shipping out FreeStyle Lebre2 to consumers. This product is so inaccurate with blood glucose readings that it puts consumers at risk for a medical emergency.

I don't know why they deserve the A+ rating they they are giving out D- rating customer service. I am getting of them pending my orders, trying to make me wait even more over paper work problems, letter of medical necessities, and prior authorizations, and all of that non sense towards me when I have have to be the one having to wait for them to process and ship my order on time. Home Care Delivered --more like Home Care Denied. I'd give this company a ZERO rating, I am now on my 7th call with this place to sort out the order that was placed over 3 weeks ago. When they should have been contacting my healthcare provider for info, they would call me instead. Nobody seems to know what is going on. Absolute GARBAGE customer service. Asking my provider to order from another company, this place is USELESS

Home care delivery did not send out my order when they were supposed to they told me it was shipped on the 10th which it wasn’t they told me it was shipped on the 17th which it wasn’t after calling twice I was told it was on back order after ordering monthly for years no one reached out to let me know my order was not available that it was on back order I have a nine year old handicapped daughter that I just can’t go buy her supplies in the store for her size and her condition after calling them their resolution is saying ye... read more

The reps were amazing. My doctor's office is a tad slow responding to medical form requests. But the reps at HCD just kept contacting them until they finally responded with the required forms. They even kept me informed of what was talking so long to get my first delivery. Would absolutely recommend HCD to anyone in need of personal medical supplies.

Unable to ship a replacement that was malfunctioning, was referred to several other phone numbers which kept referring me back to HCD. Always several days late of shipping renewals.

There is always an issue finding the right paperwork. Waivers, prescriptions, faxes take forever to get either processed or inputted and that delays getting what we need. One dept can't see what another dept sees other dept isnt available to check with. Daily phone calls when shipment is ready is beyond annoying especially when it's not a complete shipment and they want to send partials.
