Wonderful customer service. I was impressed with our initial visit. We look forward to working with this contracter.
I'm pleased with the finished project, however there were some bumps along the way. Workers initially broke the incorrect window; they fixed the problem but my stress levels skyrocketed momentarily. They also initially installed an incorrect window; it was supposed to be etched glass but was clear. They did replace this promptly. Not to dissuade anyone, the finished product is good. Overall, a decent company and I am happy. What did not meet my expectations is that despite sending two guys out specifically to measure window openings, they still got two windows wrong, thus delaying completion by two weeks. Not a huge deal, except for the fact that I am selling this house so potential buyers are seeing an incomplete job.

The window replacement process and installation was great.
From start to finish the process was positive. James Taylor made a great introduction and he stayed in contact through the whole process making sure things were going as expected. He's remained available for questions after the install as well. Carlos and his install team were very professional - installation was fast and they cleaned up after themselves. We're excited about the X5 windows and have definitely noticed a difference in the climate and comfort of the house.
