There was a couple of small problems. The first was when the driver delivered the dumpster and he was not very good at backing up and cut some ruts in the yard. When the roof was being installed I understood that a special starter strip was to be installed on all of the edges and and on the drip edge but as the shingles were being installed near the peak I see the installer using a shingle instead of the strip that they used on the lower edges. It has been a pleasant experience from the beginning to the end. First, we talked to Chris D., a senior account consultant from Homefix Custom Remodeling. Hats off to Dave and his crew for a job well done!! They were very professional and well mannered. We have been getting nothing but compliments on the job done. The site was so clean my neighbors commented on how they cleaned everything up. They arrived on time and kept me posted on any seemingly problems. My daughter has shown pictures to everyone!!!

The work was excellent. They arrived on time and went right to work. They cleaned everything up. The owner was very pleasant and he explained everything they did. The owner also gave me his card in case I had any problems. The roof looks great and we are very pleased

After contacting six roofing contractors for replacing our roof, we met with Michael A from HCR who spent several hours explaining his company's quality materials used, time line for replacement and financing available. We decided to choose NCR (Home Fix Custom Remodeling). The workmen arrived at 7:45 am and finished the work by 4:30 pm.
