Put the dumpster and shingles, the day before, in my driveway, without notice and left me no where to park. They showed up a day late, but did finish in one day. I was told on the estimate that no further charges would be added. Day of work was informed the workers had to replace additional wood and charged me an extra $1,000.

Very POOR customer service!! Not pleased at all with them at all!! Choose another contractor!!
Didn't clean up sufficiently, no crew members spoke English, so couldn't discuss problem with job.

I love the idea of a 50 year warranty. I sleep much better knowing that is a shingle blows off or there is a leak I have someone to call for as long as I am going to stay in my house. Here are the issues I had. Installation took much longer than stated. I was told my house was going to take one maybe two days to install a new roof. It took three and a half days.
