I did not receive what I paid for when the job was done. They do not communicate. But they sure do make sure they get paid. I had an issue with their work and was told they would not charge me the final draw until the issue was resolved. They charged me and the issue was never fixed. I will never hire them again.

Door model is not what was ordered, door quality poor and still doesn't close properly even after a return visit. Called sales rep who was useless in resolution.

I made a service call 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for them to finish the final adjustments to the beautiful door they installed.

Communication was poor and price was pretty high. Also a bit of a high pressure sale as they expect you to sign with them when they give their estimate or you will end up paying a lot more. They do negotiate but we brought the down 33% and still probably paid too much. Then the crew showed up with no instructions and would have messed up the job if I wasn't home to stop them. I doubt I would consider them for any future work. Wish Home Advisor had better reviews on what to expect!

I signed the contract, paid a $1,000 deposit, and no one contacted me for 8 weeks - despite my calling multiple times and leaving messages. Because of the poor customer service, HomeFix gave me a $500 discount, but the project was way, way overpriced. The installers, while polite and efficient, played their radio so loud that I had to cancel work-related calls while they were there. The quality of the product seems to be fine, but overall the experience was terrible. I won't do business with Homefix again.

Be very careful with this company. If I had taken the time to check out other reviews, I would not have hired them. I had an issue where an item went missing after one of their subcontractors performed some work in our home. Homefix was very reluctant to reimburse us for the item even though we had just had the roof installed and signed off on thousands of dollars of financing. They offer a 50 year warranty but what good is the warranty if the company does not stand behind it, which I am convinced they would not do based on ... read more

My name is Nancy and, as you can tell from the subject line, I am not a satisfied customer. The date of the contract, as well as the $1,588 deposit to HCR, is 5/18/2018. The contract includes language regarding an estimated start date of 4 to 6 weeks (see page one of signed contract) I have tried to contact Clay Anderson, salesman, on numerous occasions.
