First time had to use service, I just renewed for coverage to extend out 4 yrs from now. Had my Bosch dishwasher fail, service came out and found it couldn't be repaired, must be replaced. 3 weeks later I finally get notified I'm being sent a check for $200 to replace the dishwasher. I'm sorry, but I need to REPLACE the unit. The cheapest one Bosch makes run for $760 and this was NOT their low end model. Keep your measly $200, refund my premiums and I'll find a far better home warranty provider.
