On one of the first hot spells of the season, our air conditioner suddenly decided not to work. The team at AIRECS got the experts in to our home and diagnosed the problem. The technician had a long day, but as promised he was here within the time frame promised, and in a matter of a few minutes, John had our system working like new. My past experiences with warranties of any kind have not always been positive, but I must say that I am glad we have the AIREC team and their warranty behind us and our new home.

We had a situation where we needed a warranty claim and the lady we spoke to on the phone was very nice and very helpful. A service technician was sent out immediately and performed the work the next day. The technicians were also very informative and efficient. I have not had this kind of service from any previous warranty company that I have used. Not having a 1-800 number is a great benefit because you can talk with someone local who knows the venders!
