Our air conditioner went out the day after we moved in to our new home. They sent a repairman that day and had the issue fixed. The next day it went out again and the same repairman came back out have had no issues since!!

Our air went out on a Sunday. Someone came out that day. AIRECS answering staff was great. Air technician was great. This is our first time to use the warranty. Very impressed.

I had to request the home warranty documentation for my client because she never received it. My client had called in and left a message but didn't hear back until I called for her a few days later. Once the claim was submitted the service was prompt and client was satisfied.
