I called about my water heater leaking. Your representative called a plumber for me and the plumber called me right away. An appointment was set up with the plumber and he stated I needed a new one. No questions asked. The plumber left my home to get a new one and he put it in the same day. If I hadn’t had the insurance I wouldn’t have been able to afford a new water heater when I needed it. Our air conditioner went out the day after we moved in to our new home. They sent a repairman that day and had the issue fixed. The next day it went out again and the same repairman came back out have had no issues since!!
