I contacted the dealership online and was quickly contacted by Madison who answered my questions and set up a time for me to come by. When we arrived we were greeted by several employees and were introduced to Elizabeth who was great! We also got the chance to work with RJ for our financing and he was also friendly and helpful. I didn’t actually buy my car here, but I was looking around to see what I might want. Maddison went above and beyond to help me. She called me, emailed me, and texted me some cars as to what I was looking for. She was very helpful and super sweet every time I spoke with her. I didn’t buy my car here because of anything against them, I had already been looking at a car somewhere else and the offer ended up going thru. When I am on the market for another car, I will be going to Honda of Kingsport!!!

Bought a 2016 Odyssey from here. Drove down from Northern VA to get it. - Fantastic experience. Other times I’ve bought vehicles it’s taken all day to get in and out, and I felt like everyone was looking at me like I was a slot machine in Vegas trying to figure out how high my jackpot had grown to.
