Waited 20 minutes and nobody at all came to help or introduce themselves. Very disappointed and was ready to buy!
RecommendedI walked in was greeted by Julian ...I didn't have an appointment was able to get my car serviced. I sat in waiting room had fresh coffee. Watched tv. was out right away. Julian walked me to car explaining what was done. ❤EXCELLENT
talked to someone earlier in day regarding a used car on their lot. spoke with the lady and told her it would be between 7 and 8 and she said salesman are there till 8. we arrived at 735 at no one even asked if we needed anything. last i checked they work on comission and they wont get our business now.
Salespeople are ok. Finance people try to add on extras hoping you don’t notice, when you do you have to go back and get it removed. Service department is always telling you that an alignment is needed or another $500 worth of maintenance that can’t possibly be needed on a vehicle with 15000 miles. Go in with both eyes opened. UPDATE: Honda contacted me and asked that I remove this review. They should done their job in the first place and this review wouldn’t be here. I wish we could rate the service department and then the sales department. I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic from Mike Taylor, he went above and beyond for me. I appreciate him and his kindness. get better management.... stop being stupid... and my attorney is contacting them monday over them espically if the recund isnt issued i gave my proof of income and they wanna act like it aint good enough ridcoulous... im over them and would never recommend them!
my friend got denied the other day. we went right down the road to another dealership. we got approved for a newer vehicle with lesser miles with zero trouble. I even got more out of my trade in than they offered. no special rebates was going on or anything. not only did they miss out on our business and send us elsewhere but they pretty much took money out of their own salespersons pocket due to us buying elsewhere.
Since the last time I got my oil changed, the price has doubled? How am I even sure if they changed the oil, as much as it cost the vehicle inspection checklist wasn’t on the computer. The guy went back there and got the tech to fill it out, after my car had already been pulled outside. I’m sure they made something up on it, ridiculous after what I paid! Warning the service department at Honda of Kingsport TN needs major changes. Two and a half hours for a oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining a total lack of customer service it's pathetic . HOUSTON we have a problem.
