Poor customer service in the sales and service departments. They advertise vehicles on their web site that they do not have on the lot. I talked to a sales person told them I was coming to test drive a vehicle. Gave her the stock number. Called her back on my way there which was an hour drive. When I got there I was told that the vehicle was in Johnson City but they would get it , she did not bother to tell me on the phone that the vehicle was not on the lot. Later I was told that that vehicle had sold , but they had anoth... read more

I will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. First off I was new at buying from a dealership. I made a negotiation where I would purchase the vehicle for $13,800. Tax, title, and all. I was pre-approved 12,000 through my bank and had the difference in cash. I was then talked into going through their finance process where they would "negotiate" with my bank and make it "easier". Plus they would get my payments "cheaper" and interest "lower" than what I was offered at the bank. NOT THE CASE...I now am financed throu... read more

Make sure you READ all your paperwork before signing. My FREE service contract cost me $1900 dollars....

NEVER use the service center at this Honda dealership, they will not only charge out of the butt, but will absolutely try to shove in problems that don't exist along with fake pictures of your vehicle to try to convince you that a problem is there. They tried to do this to me while I had my Civic in for the airbag recall and was given a story of how my back brakes were bad along with the compliance bushings and it would have been almost $2K to fix. Told them no other service at this time, then took my car to my usual mecha... read more

Found a car I wanted to test drive, went to start it up and the check engine light was on. Salesperson said prob an O2 Sensor, I'll get service to check it. Said person said if I bought the car they would fix it, which they should. You would think that big "inspection" on all used cars would have caught that. Told me they would order the part and I could bring it in at my convienece to get it put on. I called a couple of days later and sp tells me to bring it back and let them check the code again just to make sure they orde... read more

Had a service done there today they tried to slide in an extra charge supposedly for shop supplies when they stated in invoice included in oil change, after complaining they fixed it. Just think how many people they slide that it in on and they don’t realize it. If they are going to charge you for a shop rag at least let you keep the rag! Very deceptive practices! check you receipt and make them explain charges! It’s your money!

I came to see a new vehicle that was listed for sale on the website. When I got there, I was informed that the vehicle was not there. The general manager was driving it around as his personal vehicle. This is a new vehicle. Not on the lot. At the general manager's house. On a Saturday. So, I asked if they would take the Kelly Blue Book fair market value for it, sight unseen (kbb value as a new car, not used, mind you), and they countered with msrp sticker price. Sticker price. Now, I have paid sticker price before but not fo... read more

I'm 51 years old,so I've bought a car or two. This place is where people go to train so they can move on to a professional business. Two and a half weeks AFTER I buy the car,I'm still getting calls and text that a document wasn't signed. This is after I made one trip from Bristol to sign a document, which after I drove there, didn't need a signature. This rating system is for folks to share their experience.Mine was horrible. And two weeks after...Continues to be.Oh well,a mistake is only bad if you make it twice.I won't make this... read more
