Purchased a Honda and after the sale customer service is horrible. Never will again and do not recommend.
Went there today to try to get me in a new vehicle and was given the run around with payment options. They wanted an outrageous amount per month even with a 3k down payment. I was feeling very discouraged and overwhelmed so I decided to leave and think on it for the day. The payment started around 650 a month and by the time we was pulling out of the parking lot they got a new deal of 450 per month which was still overbudget for us.. I was lied to or not given the options of power plate. They charged me 1,125 for something that was not offered to me or was not done. I want my money back. Will not recommend them or buy another car from here. I will let all people I can know and I have a friend who works at WJHL and will be letting them know and BBB
The person in the service department didn’t have a clue about what service had been done on our car in the past. The information she needed should have been in their computer system, but she kept asking us instead.
This is the worst place ever I’ve been there so many times about my Honda CR-V having a vibration and the parts changers can’t fix it so I will be driving it until it stops and I want buy another Honda.
My husband had taken our pilot to have keys made and had told them when he made the appointment that he did Not want the inspection only the keys. So he takes our car down there so they can program the new keys and has to wait a very long time only to find out they were doing the inspection anyway and would have charged us had he not raised his voice and temper. It is my opinion that before you do this service you should let the customer know how much it will cost and see if they want it.
I think it’s a wonderful place to buy a car. I love my new crv . I would give them 5 star rating.
I was told yesterday in service that if I don’t pay them to rotate my tires it could Void my warranty on a Brand New HONDA CRV 😳🤬
Their website gave me a price of $14235 for a car, when I bought it, the price was $14988....even though I told them about the website price and thought that’s what I was getting. Bait and switch. Love my car, hate the sour taste of being swindled. Would not recommend.
