RecommendedHad a great experience buying a car at Honda of Kingsport. Took it to have oil changed and had oil all over the front fender when it left. Oily finger prints all over the hood. Need to respect people’s cars and clean the cars after getting serviced.
Was lied to about the lifetime power train warranty on a used vehicle. If you purchase one based on this warranty ask to read the contract first. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR OWN OIL.
Mark your wheels before you go in and pay $20 for a tire rotation. They were supposed to rotate the tires, but it never happened. I marked the wheels before I left home and they never rotated them. Also had an appt at 10:15, but they had to many cars scheduled at the same time. Well this happened a 2nd time! The tech didn’t see the code on the service order was the excuse. I brought my Honda Odyssey 2013 over there for flashing engine light. Initially, those guys did not seem to have much clue on how to diagnose the issue, even after I have communicated my car’s maintenance history and they have talked with the mechanics who was was working on my car before, keeping asking me to take my car back to my previous mechanic to have it fixed. everytime I go there they always say I need something when I just want a oil change, I take my wife's car to Subaru dealership and they never try to get me to do extra. my honda is a 18 model.
Waited 20 minutes and nobody at all came to help or introduce themselves. Very disappointed and was ready to buy!
RecommendedI walked in was greeted by Julian ...I didn't have an appointment was able to get my car serviced. I sat in waiting room had fresh coffee. Watched tv. was out right away. Julian walked me to car explaining what was done. ❤EXCELLENT
talked to someone earlier in day regarding a used car on their lot. spoke with the lady and told her it would be between 7 and 8 and she said salesman are there till 8. we arrived at 735 at no one even asked if we needed anything. last i checked they work on comission and they wont get our business now.
Salespeople are ok. Finance people try to add on extras hoping you don’t notice, when you do you have to go back and get it removed. Service department is always telling you that an alignment is needed or another $500 worth of maintenance that can’t possibly be needed on a vehicle with 15000 miles. Go in with both eyes opened.
