I think it’s a wonderful place to buy a car. I love my new crv . I would give them 5 star rating.
I was told yesterday in service that if I don’t pay them to rotate my tires it could Void my warranty on a Brand New HONDA CRV 😳🤬
Their website gave me a price of $14235 for a car, when I bought it, the price was $14988....even though I told them about the website price and thought that’s what I was getting. Bait and switch. Love my car, hate the sour taste of being swindled. Would not recommend.

Spoke with a salesman today about a vehicle and let him know I was on my way to get it, before I got there someone else was in the process of buying the car that I was on my way to get and the salesman I had spoken too had left and went home. RecommendedHad a great experience buying a car at Honda of Kingsport. Took it to have oil changed and had oil all over the front fender when it left. Oily finger prints all over the hood. Need to respect people’s cars and clean the cars after getting serviced.
Was lied to about the lifetime power train warranty on a used vehicle. If you purchase one based on this warranty ask to read the contract first. YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR OWN OIL.
Mark your wheels before you go in and pay $20 for a tire rotation. They were supposed to rotate the tires, but it never happened. I marked the wheels before I left home and they never rotated them. Also had an appt at 10:15, but they had to many cars scheduled at the same time. Well this happened a 2nd time! The tech didn’t see the code on the service order was the excuse. I brought my Honda Odyssey 2013 over there for flashing engine light.
