Since the last time I got my oil changed, the price has doubled? How am I even sure if they changed the oil, as much as it cost the vehicle inspection checklist wasn’t on the computer. The guy went back there and got the tech to fill it out, after my car had already been pulled outside. I’m sure they made something up on it, ridiculous after what I paid! Warning the service department at Honda of Kingsport TN needs major changes. Two and a half hours for a oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining a total lack of customer service it's pathetic . HOUSTON we have a problem.
My daughter bought her Jeep from Honda of Kingsport and has had to have it towed back to them 4 times in the past 6 months! And she’s only had it 6 months! Absolutely ridiculous to take advantage of someone purchasing their first vehicle by themselves. I seriously hope she seeks legal counsel over this because it’s affecting her job and business.
Not selling cars with blown motors to people and trying to cover it up?
Your sales associates need to listen the customer. We told him what our downpayment was going to be and what we could afford as a monthly payment. he gave us a sheet of paper, didn't go over it just told us to sign it, which i think is unprofessional. and the monthly payment was way to much.
They DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD & LIE TO YOU AFTER THE DEAL HAS BEEN MADE. THEY NEVER CONTACT YOU AFTER THE PURCHASE OR YOU'RE OUT THE DOOR WITH THE SALE.
Poor customer service in the sales and service departments. They advertise vehicles on their web site that they do not have on the lot. I talked to a sales person told them I was coming to test drive a vehicle. Gave her the stock number. Called her back on my way there which was an hour drive. When I got there I was told that the vehicle was in Johnson City but they would get it , she did not bother to tell me on the phone that the vehicle was not on the lot. I will never purchase a vehicle from this place again. First off I was new at buying from a dealership. I made a negotiation where I would purchase the vehicle for $13,800. Tax, title, and all. I was pre-approved 12,000 through my bank and had the difference in cash. I was then talked into going through their finance process where they would "negotiate" with my bank and make it "easier".
