Scheduled an appointment with their valet service for my oil change since it was offered to me when they called about needing my car serviced. I appreciated the offer and it seemed to be more fitting to my life having them come get my car instead of waiting in the dealership with an infant. They never showed up. I continually called. I have been in the market for quite some time and decided to visit this location today. Unfortunately I decided to take my business elsewhere out of concern for my health. Virtually none of the salesmen and even management were wearing masks. As a mother of an immunocompromised child, this was beyond disappointing to see that this dealership has practically no regard for their customers.
Don’t shop this dealership if you have a trade they will try to take your vehicle for nothing! Speaking from my experience today trying to buy a CRV!
This dealership took advantage of my elderly mother on a trade in. Every time I look at her car I get mad thinking about it.

Purchased a Honda and after the sale customer service is horrible. Never will again and do not recommend.
Went there today to try to get me in a new vehicle and was given the run around with payment options. They wanted an outrageous amount per month even with a 3k down payment. I was feeling very discouraged and overwhelmed so I decided to leave and think on it for the day. The payment started around 650 a month and by the time we was pulling out of the parking lot they got a new deal of 450 per month which was still overbudget for us.. I was lied to or not given the options of power plate. They charged me 1,125 for something that was not offered to me or was not done. I want my money back. Will not recommend them or buy another car from here. I will let all people I can know and I have a friend who works at WJHL and will be letting them know and BBB
The person in the service department didn’t have a clue about what service had been done on our car in the past. The information she needed should have been in their computer system, but she kept asking us instead.
