I've been coming here for years and can honestly say the crew they have here is awesome. They always greet and serve you with a smile, any concerns are immediately addressed, and the theater is clean. I love their $5 Tuesday deal, I can watch any new movie with my family and not break the bank which is kind of nice when prices have gotten out of hand everywhere else. Did the $5 Tuesday movie ticket deal - felt good about that. Got to theater and wanted popcorn - they only offered a bucket or a kids meal size - why no small, medium or large offering? Ended up with the kids meal size, ordered the pretzel sticks with beer cheese & 2 waters. Total was just shy of $40 - thank goodness I was able to get the $5 tickets as this turned into an expensive date afternoon. This place has changed names many times. We come here less and less with each change. This has to be the worst of them all. We pay $42 for tickets... $9 a beer, $15 for chicken tenders, $11 for one dessert and $9 for another. We got our beer unopened (needed a bottle opener), our food took an hour from before the movie (it came out cold and burnt), dessert had melted ice cream! We ordered more beer, took 30 minutes. Hooky Theater Lied Twice -- A Disservice to the Entire Moviegoing Experience I went to Hooky twice this week to see Fantastic Four, and both times Theater 3 had serious sound issues. On the first visit, manager Donny told us a power surge had blown a speaker, but that it was being fixed at that very moment. We were given passes and assured it would be resolved. Sound was broken in on of the auditoriums. Sounded like the movie was playing through a speaker phone. They didn't inform us, but I'll give them credit they did give free movie passes and allowed us to see another showing that same day but in a smaller theater than we paid for. The arcade is awful. Half of the games don't work, and the ones that do glitch or dont have enough materials to actually play the game. Allow my 18 yo to take my 16yo to the movies. This policy may make sense for 16 and under. But why can my 18yo not accompany her brother to the movies. Both used to enjoy going to movies with friends over the summer. Now they cannot do that.

MOVIE STOPPED PLAYING When we arrived our seats were filled with spilled drinks and popcorn. The theater was not cleaned from the last movie. We were about 30 minutes into the movie and it completely shut off. No manger or staff member came in to address the situation. They just restarted the movie and made us all start from the very beginning!!

Bought the tickets online a day in advance, showed up and was denied entrance into the theater because I did not have a physical id and they refused a picture. No disclaimer when buying the tickets just told to leave by security when we got there. Go to regal and don't waste your time.
