I've been coming here for years and can honestly say the crew they have here is awesome. They always greet and serve you with a smile, any concerns are immediately addressed, and the theater is clean. I love their $5 Tuesday deal, I can watch any new movie with my family and not break the bank which is kind of nice when prices have gotten out of hand everywhere else. Went to see a movie , in theater number 9 , it was hot and humid, we asking staffing if they could turn up the air , they try to tell us it was 74 and that's what they set the thermostat at in all theaters , the maintenance guy was very rude to my wife and I , the seats are not comfortable at all , they seem to be broken or falling apart if you try to recline them. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

When you go in expecting normal movie snacks like nachos, hot dogs, and are told they no longer serve that. Then you get smacked with a $70 dollar bill for 2 reg menu items which was corn dogs and fries, and dynamite shrimp and 1 slurpee. Then add another $25 bucks for 3 candy options. The food is not great FYI. The shrimp is way to salty and the 4 mini corn dogs and fries taste like grease so we couldn't finish either. I went to go see One Night Only it is a movie where everyone can only have sex one day a yesr year Lordy lordy i do not think I would ever survive that.... it is a non-advertised horror movie. Braighleigh (my son.) saw this too. There is a LOT of Spiderman in this movie for it to be about sex being outlawed nothing that was in the trailer was in this movie. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. On August 1, 2026, I attended the 4:00 PM showing of Spider-Man at the Fredericksburg location. I was seated in Screen 2, Seat K19. During the movie, a mouse ran across my foot THREE different times. Not once...three separate times. I was completely disgusted and disturbed. Not sure if this is how dining operations are supposed to go at Hooky but if it is, I'm not a fan of it. We waited 30 minutes for a warm drink after adding to the tab and I had to get up multiple times to talk to the employees to check on our order. No one stopped by to check on us while dining to see if things were going okay while we were eating. I get that it's busy but at the same time, it's not usual for people to go to a sit down dining location and not get checked on no matter how busy it is. The food wasn't great ... read more

The good: had no idea that there was an upper level - had row K on our tickets - walked into theatre and there is no Row K. Asked the manager and he directed us upstairs. This area was great! Comfy seats, you can place a food order straight from your seats. Bad: a tip screen pops up at the front counter once you place your order. So a tip is expected for someone to hand me a water bottle and bucket of popcorn? I understand the 'tip fatigue' cause that's just crazy. Not sure what it was like when it was Paragon, but the place was not great. Customer service was poor. I mean, every person working there we interacted with were rude and completely disinterested. we went bowling. $65 for *one hour* of bowling. there were four of us. we could not get through two games in that one hour. Area was not well kept, ceiling tiles falling, ball return machines broken. Folks next to us couldn't get the numbers to raise.
