Where to begin...? This theater keeps going downhill fast! Improvements need to be made or close your doors! Anaconda advertised online but you can't find it on their ticket computers at the front so you have to go to guest services to buy the ticket. They advertise burgers at the concession stand but you have to walk to the bar to order one. The bar tells us they basically don't have much food in stock but they can make a burger. Absolutely unacceptable service. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at a food establishment. On December 27, 2025, at approximately 5:00 PM, the employee who assisted me was openly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. When I attempted to escalate the issue, I spoke with the manager, who identified himself as Erik Stronk. I have seen this theater have many different owners/names over the years and never have I had a problem till last night. I want to enjoy a late date night to see avatar at 9:20 3-D and they had two buckets of 3-D glasses that were all very clearly used and dirty. I bought tickets online, and nowhere on the app as i bought the tickets did it state that a 17-year-old must be accompanied by someone over 21. I went with an 18-year-old, and when we arrived, we were told we were not allowed to watch the movie. We had already paid for the tickets and driven all the way to Fredericksburg. I've been coming to this theater for years and have never been denied entry to a movie, even when I was younger. Since the change in ownership, this theater has gone downhill. Went last night to see Zootopia 2 with the kids. As a side note, Google says Kooky is owned by private equity through its parent company EVO Entertainment, and it shows. Popcorn was everywhere, and I mean everywhere. It was all over the floors in the main lobby and the theater. This used to be our favorite place to go see movies, but I am not going to pay over $50 when the place is that level of messy. Even Regal does better than this. We wanted to give this place another chance. On Monday morning we went to the 0950 showing of a movie. We asked for a senior or military discount. All the young lady at the counter could do was giggle and say "I don't the discount policy." We asked for the upper theater and was charged twice the admission as those are concidered "primium" seats evan though they do not deliver food to them anymore. The employees were very nice, but the experience was not worth the cost. Not at all. $76 for one out of bowling and it didn't even include food. That was just for one adult and one child. And as soon as our hour was over, we were asked to pick up our own plates and move to a table because a party was there. However, the party was not there as we were finishing. No desire to go back.

Stopped in to see Tron at 10 AM, but we made a mistake about the time. We had to use the restrooms and when both my wife and I went to the respective restroom we found that btoh had not been cleaned for what has to be a few days. Every toilet was full of TP and stunk. The paper towel dispencer dispences a sheet of paper 3 inches in length???????????? This place has gon down ever since the original owners sold it.
