Management was overly rude due to making a tiktok in the hall way while waiting on a movie. We weren't in anyone's way and if people walked past we stopped recording (multiple employees walked past and said nothing) but apparently it was a "disruption" for him in but teens and kids literally running full speed back and forth isn't. If he said it politely it wouldn't have been a problem, but to get overly aggressive with 3 girls is unnecessary.

We call and they said "you can come in we have no wait time" we get their 10 minutes later there is a professional bowling league of losers. Not only did they take up ALL the lanes them niggas stunk, and we're on live stream. Only if them people on live could smell the smell of a 90 year old with trench foot and lacked proper deodorant. Other than that it was fine great place

Terrible experience! would not even recommend to my enemies. Spent over $220 on 6 people to bowl for 90 minutes and food. We couldn't even get through one game because the lanes kept breaking down. Got moved to another lane and it did the same thing. They said that they would give a refund, but here we are almost a month later and still no refund. This place is a joke.

Planned to come for a fun afternoon with the kids and it was a terrible experience. We started with dinner. We had to figure out where to go on our own. Never had anyone come over to the table. We used our phone and QR code to order. The food took forever and we were the only ones eating. My husband had to go ask around to find out if we had to go pick it up somewhere. We recently visited Hooky's Fredericksburg for a family outing (bowling and arcade only) and unfortunately, left very disappointed. This was meant to be a special family trip, and as first-time guests, we arrived with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience fell short almost immediately. We were given a long wait for bowling, despite several lanes appearing open, with no clear explanation. $160 for family of 4 for a movie, a pizza, large popcorn and drinks. A little pricey and the concession stand didn't have several food items that we asked for....pretzel bites, fritters, mozzarella sticks so we got the pizza, and then had no butter salt for the popcorn.

The place is nasty, they don't allow under 18 people in even after buying tickets and don't give refunds. Would never comeback and never recommend

Worst lanes I've ever bowled on 50 bucks for one hour. You cant even bowl by game. Not worth it at all me and my wife just did it to pass time for the movies
