The process was very smooth. I knew the vehicle and features I wanted. Josh Etheridge and I emailed back and forth, settled on a price. I even did most of the paperwork before arriving to the dealership. The truck was exactly as advertised and my time at the dealership was around 2 hours total. I would highly recommend.
