We have always been treated well. Taken care of as soon as we pull up.
We were met at the door snd taken to our salesperson, Heather, the first hint that it would be a positive experience. From her presentation of all the features of our new RAV4 to our final settling of the financials by Jason, our buying experience was easy and pleasant. We seldom can say we've enjoyed purchasing a car, but this was different!

The red carpet program it is one of the best programa Hoover Toyota has. Today, James, took care of me and my car, he went beyond the routine change of oil. Excellent service! He took the time of explaining me in detail the status of my car and answered all my questions. Offered me coffee and water while I waited in the nice and clean waiting area. After the change of oil; I asked James to find out for me the price of a pair of tires, (so I can be prepared $ for next service) and kindly he went and gave me everything ... read more
Nice waiting area, friendly, and most of the time cheaper than Jasper. Get rid of the greeters. They are annoying. I know someone will be with me shortly and the first person I see, I want them start filling out information. Just my opinion.
