Associates are always very friendly. However, the 1 1/2- 2 hour wait time for an oil change is terrible!!! I was not informed when exiting my car that my oil changes were no longer free, I was counseled by my associate for the need of a new air filter, which I agreed to for $47.99. When I checked out, I wasn’t expecting my bill to be $121.36! I was charged for labor which I’ve never been charged before and also for a tire rotation that I didn’t agree to.
