John was fantastic. Very professional and thorough. In addition to the furnace check up and filter replacement he serviced my Aprilaire humidifier. Excellent communication skills, timely and did a nice job cleaning my furnace surface areas. Horizon has been superior for my HVAC needs.

This is my second time using Horizon Services. Today I had several of your team members in my house for numerous hours. They worked hard, were respectful of my home and left it cleaner than when they arrived. The majority of the time I did not even hear them as they were focused on the task at hand. Once again Horizon Services have exceeded my expectations. Holiday weekend and a part broke on our AC. They came, they fixed, it works perfectly. No charge with my service contract. It’s a holiday weekend. This company knows what customer service is all about!!!!
