RecommendedJohn did a great job getting my recently installed backup sump pump to work. He took the time to test his repair, and explained the reasons why it wasn't working before -- reasons which were connected with the installation and not the mechanics of the pump itself. Thanks to him I now feel secure that the pump will be there when I need it.
