Sump pump in basement failed and the alarm company called us in middle of night to make us aware of the situation. Called Horizon and a technician came out the next day to assess the situation at the time scheduled. Sump pump replaced quickly. Technician was friendly and professional.
The humidifier on our heater was defective and leaked. Chris brought the appropriate parts and fixed it. He was prompt and efficient, and we have not had any problems since then. Horizon technicians always provide great service. We don't call anyone else.
Had our heating system tuned up by a man named Larry. He arrived on time and was awesome in explaining what he was doing and any work that may need done. Great service
