It was not busy at all.. check in was 4pm.. at 3:30 after a long drive, we were told that we could not check in until 3:45. Our room was ready and as I said it was quiet and not busy at all. Also, housekeeping knocked at our door twice before 9 am even though we had not checked out and tried to come in. Very annoying.
Very unhappy at the hotel. Never again will I stay at this Property. The Lead manager at the front desk did not really care what my concern was when i talked to her in person. I needed a handicap wheelchair accessible room. The bed was way to high off the ground. I wasnt able to use and sleep in the bed. Manager said that was standard height for handicap bed. For someone that cant stand out of their wheelchair, there was no way to climb up onto the bed. Also the toilet seat was broken too in the bathroom. When asked to see a... read more
We got an upgrade for a better experience & ended up being our worst experience!!!! Already did a review & haven't heard back from anyone!!
Elevator key only worked on 2 of the elevators...If the desk had told me about that I would be fine, but not a word!
