If you book through Expedia they either put you by the loud elevators, or a half a mile walk to your room at the far end of the hotel. The price was outrageous for the stay we experienced

It’s kind of gone downhill a little. Room had some very noticeable repairs to previous damage that needed done. Housekeeping could definitely do a little better job cleaning as a surface cleaning in areas comes through.

It was a nice room the only thing I didn't like was the fire alarm going off in the night and having to go all the way down upstairs and wait by the bus stop just to come to find out that it was 8th floor not 6th floor so I could've stayed in my room the entire time.. it was loud and cold and annoying and then nobody even told us what you do I feel like they need to be more on top of it if they have fire like that they need to walk to each room and tell them they need to leave the floor that just let the fire alarm to it

The a/c didn’t work and it was 78 degrees in the room and therefore couldn’t sleep. We were told they either only have a/c or heat, not both at the same time

This place is disgusting! I couldn’t believe how dirty the rooms are. It’s an absolute nightmare. Go anywhere else but here if you want to have a decent room that has working AC and is clean!!

We were so disappointed about our entire stay. Take this as feedback for change. You definitely lost a customer and all that travel with us. Valet took quite some time to take our vehicle. Waited to check in while 2 staff members hung out, chatted with each other and did not greet me. "Oh, sorry we didn't see you" as I was the only person standing there. Room was very dirty. Stained bedding, left over trash from the previous people who were there, and the bathroom counter was very dirty.
