room was neglected. No roomservice for 3 DAYS! This was after requesting roomservice each and every day! After speaking with a Manager, manager stated that there was notging that could be done. I asked to speak with Scott and I was refused.
Our room was behind the elevator. The elevator noise was loud the entire time we were in our room. The heat is not controlled in each room. It’s controlled in the whole building so if you are hot, you have to open a window. I’m not sure what to do if you’re cold. I would not stay here again.
Maintenance just walked in my room no knock, do not disturb sign on door. Pretty unprofessional
This is a pure scam. We booked under their name, and they redirected us to a different hotel, claiming it was theirs as well. However, you can find the same hotel which they redirected us to for a cheaper price on Google.
Canceled my reservation with no communication
Lights in room wouldn’t turn on, bed was very uncomfortable
Mala experiencia la calefacción en los pasillos mas 100 y en los cuartos no sirve la calefacción fuimos a resecion y no isieron nada el cuarto esta a 100 d caliente los calentones los tienen directo muy mala experiencia
Very unfriendly staff throughout the casino with the exception of the hotel front desk, they were very nice. Room wasn't ready at 4pm because it wasn't clean. Ended up spending most of our time across the street at the Monarch.
It is crazy to charge to checkin just a few hours early when your competition does not.
