There were no hangers in the closet. The safe didn't work. There were not enough towels. After I called front desk to get these things fixed, nothing happened. AND, on Nov 16th (obviously a different reservation), I mistakenly left a pair of boots in the room and housekeeping did not turn them in to Lost and Found. I WILL NOT stay at the Horseshoe Blackhawk again.
No player rewards and very little security
Was charge a deposit never got back
Horrible experience. Staff is no help. Lost my ID at the airport, so I couldn’t rent a car or make it to my reservation. To add to it, the hotel basically told me to go screw myself. No refund. Horrible customer service. House always wins I guess.

Elevator noise throughout the night. Public parking access direct to hotel rooms. Not secure. Faulty elevator doors. Water had a sulfur smell in the rooms.

Staff were not friendly. Bathroom door was broken. View was terrible even when asking for a decent view.
Bathroom wasnt cleaned there was a key and make up that had been there for along time that the housekeepers missed, when we checked in the front desk lady was very rude short i was standing there for a but and shes like um you are done you can go, asked to be moved rooms as they put us right next to the elevator out first night they told me all rooms were booked which is funny because the people staying that night hadnt even checked in yet but they would not even let us change rooms.
