Used to love the food here but last several times have resulted in inedible food and missing items. I asked and paid for Cajun Ranch sauce on the side, it came on the burger with a side of regular ranch, huh? Burgers were dry and over cooked and tasted old. Bartender is always rude when we come in to pick up our order. We won’t be back.

I'm not sure how you get someone to wait on you at this establishment! I went in and seated myself, per instructions. I sat there for 10 minutes, the bartender and 2 waitresses saw me, one waitress even nodded her head in my direction. No one approached my table! I got up and left, went a few doors down to the Mexican restaurant. I won't ever bother Hotshots again!

your new management as she says is s*** she had taken our order I specifically said light sauce please then we got our food was covered in hot sauce didn't say anything used a paper towel to dry them off then go and pay get a to-go box paid then got my change walked out then forgot leftovers and walk back in bartender threw my wings in the trash said no tips don't care said she needed to make 10 more and told me to leave was going to call the cops on me told her to go ahead so you're getting the Better Business Bureau you're... read more

By far the worst bar have ever been too. The bartender needs a lesson how to make drinks and the staff is pretty rude. Won't be back.

RecommendedIt wasa fun filled evening with friends
Went in Saturday evening around 7:30 want greated at the door. Grabbed a table in middle of room . One waitress working two others standing at end of bar. Not busy at all. We waited 15 minutes and not even a drink order so we left, only acknowledged on way out to little to late. Where the hell is the manager? used to be good food but I guess I will never know cause I wont be back, this is the second time its happened.
