Don't go on your lunch break. I've given them several chances and the service is consistently slow. Toray we walked out after not getting drinks after 20+min wait. Seemed to be only one waitress working. Food is usually good, but the service/management is seriously lacking. Orders have been wrong, disappearing waitresses never bringing refills, etc etc.

Concord HotShots is the best! I will never go to the Mooresville location again! It has the worst service and the manager is clueless. Never again!
Been there many times loved it the girls are great even met the manager. Tonight asshole Scott no last name decides I'm loud. Talking yes the juice box is there along side of us. Very loud. He asks us to leave I said what. I couldn't hear him. Why. Oh he said others hear ya really I said. I went to a table as it was not busy they says he'll no. Scott needs new job
Poor service. Bad food. Worse management. Nuff said
Service is terrible. Bartenders seem to think that the purpose for them being there is for THEM to have fun...not the customer. Hard to get their attention, and when u do, its doubly hard for them to ever return to you.
Paid $11 for 2 hot dogs that were microwaved on half of a hot dog bun with cheese sauce on it
