Guess what----HH thinks writing a bill that says "invoice: $238" is an itemized bill? WTF....I still want to know why I was charged an astronomical fee for a puppy sick visit. Especially since the prior sick visit fee was $130. Yes...I REFUSED to pay unitl they can itemize their services for that visit....so we are haggling. They are threatening collection...but until I get that itemized bill they will not be paid. DO you think I am being fair? Who regulates these guys ????????
I called for an emergency visit because my chihuahua had damaged his dewclaw, and we're going on vacation tomorrow. I know that they're a 24-hour, emergency animal hospital, and seeing that it is currently 6:00pm on a Tuesday night, I figured this would be alright. I explained the situation to the receptionist, and at first she said they would be able to take me at 7:00pm. I went to bring my pup for his first visit to the vet here. The people at the front were very friendly, but the vet were a bit pushy. They wanted to give him a whole bunch of shots at one time, and I didn't feel comfortable mixing vaccines because of previous experiences elsewhere. The vet insisted on giving then to him all at once. I felt like he was just trying to make money.
