Fadwa was very helpful and pleasant. The deal was seamless & did not take long. I inquired about 1 car via email & she sent me videos of everything she had in that make & model & I was riding the next day.
When you change the oil, PLEASE update the window sticker. Failure to do so ended up causing back and forth between me Nama, and the service department. We spent an immense amount of time discussing whether the oil was changed or not. Very frustrating. Unfortunately this cost me $75 to have the oil changed. Secondly, once everything was agreed on, it still took way to long to complete the paperwork. I had to wait for someone other than Nana to be free to finish up. For a cash deal this needs to streamlined……

Excellent place to have your car serviced. Marcello Lombardi went over what work would be checked for my 60,000 mile service. Also was going to check out my air conditioning system that didn't seem to be cooling very well. Marcello kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up went over all the work that was done and where my vehicle was parked.
Nana was very helpful and professional. He made the whole purchasing process smooth and easy.
My service advisor was very professional and thorough with his explanations of the service provided.
