Oneika was a fantastic sales person. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I love my truck. However, I had to take it back 3 times to finally get my problem taken care of. The service rep I dealt with was Kenny. He also was extremely helpful and accommodating. Again, it was inconvenient to keep taking it back. The finance manager was helpful and very pleasant as well. Overall, the staff that deals with public were all very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Easy drop off and pick up. I like seeing all needed work in a list online to accept or not.

The customer service was ok, but the vehicle they gave me for the few day was soooooo nasty . Very dirty, Mr Marcello did ask some to vacuum inside but it was better he didn't do it .. I had to take it to time to shine and clean it myself...

I arrived a bit early but was greeted promptly and the vehicle was serviced in the expected time and manner. The only issue was that the TPMS light came on on my way back to the office. I suspect it was due to the tire rotation.
Excellent service and response time. Attention to detail and client focussed was excellent. They made it easy for me to work with them and made the experience enjoyable.
