Excellent place to have your car serviced. Marcello Lombardi went over what work would be checked for my 60,000 mile service. Also was going to check out my air conditioning system that didn't seem to be cooling very well. Marcello kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When I picked my vehicle up went over all the work that was done and where my vehicle was parked.
Nana was very helpful and professional. He made the whole purchasing process smooth and easy.
My service advisor was very professional and thorough with his explanations of the service provided.

Everything was fairly routine, except no one came to the visitors waiting lobby to discuss what they found in their safety inspection. That’s ok, I guess, I just assumed nothing was wrong, no further action needed. However, I was told it would take 3-3.5 hrs. After 4 hrs of no one reaching out, I had to find a service manager in order to inquire about the status of my car. Once they found my manager, I was told it would be another 30min.
