Everything was fairly routine, except no one came to the visitors waiting lobby to discuss what they found in their safety inspection. That’s ok, I guess, I just assumed nothing was wrong, no further action needed. However, I was told it would take 3-3.5 hrs. After 4 hrs of no one reaching out, I had to find a service manager in order to inquire about the status of my car. Once they found my manager, I was told it would be another 30min. My only issue is my tire pressure sensors were not reset. Bryan took the van back to the shop to ensure it was correct. They still have not reset.
Marcello Lombardi was very hospitable and kind! Great customer service especially for the time of morning lol. Lyft rides were set up for home and back to dealership. No inconveniences at all. Thank you for your all your help. I will return for any needs on my Nissan.
