Since I have been a customer 2015 I have only had one terrible experience that was my previous service on 11-4-24. But this service experience was very good. Jacob corrected the previous service issue error with professional service. He provided professional service and the customer care that Nissan had always provided. We miss Cindy Gaither incredibly but Matt took good care of us. We were not happy with the Summerville Hudson Nissan service in August. The work was fine but our car was not even pulled up in the computer and we were advised to have expensive work done that had just been completed at the 80,000 mile service 5000 miles before this. (At the North area Hudson’s). They need to get their act together!
