On the 4th of July 2024 my wife and I were in St. Stephens,SC and I put all the windows down. About an hour later we returned to my truck and the windows wouldn't go up. So we drove back home down Hwy 52. My wife wondered out loud if the dealership might be open. We were quite surprised to have the receptionist at Hudson Nissan in N. Charleston answer. service advisor is cool with me but unexperienced techs. Took my car to 2 different shops after dealer ship advised me my front brakes need to be changed soon and life of the pads where at 3. When i took it to the other shops both shops informed me both pads were still at 6 and they were still good and didnt need to replace it anytime soon

I’m saying this because the last time I had a oil change and tire rotation they sent me a video of what was going on what they say but this time they didn’t so this is why I’m saying this, if they did rotated my tires and maybe they don't check tire pressure they didn’t put air in them especially the front 2 and my rotors has some rust and probably need to be resurface I don’t know cause they didn’t send me a video nor did they say they found anything but it’s OK.
