Service rep very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Kept us informed on all aspects of work and expected completion and problems. Tim Brock is great and listens to what we had to say about our problem. Thank you very much Tim.

I feel that Hudson Nissan bent over backwards to take care of my truck. The service advisor, Patrick Martens went over and beyond to take care of me. It was the 4th of July and they were open! Patrick from the time we checked in has been unbelievable!!! He gave me constant updates. After the second week I asked Patrick if there was a loaner I could use while my truck was being worked on. He went to the Service Manager and next thing I knew he handed me a set of keys. My truck was in the shop almost 4 months. I have never had... read more

Minimal wait time (1 minute) upon arriving in service bay. Met with a warm welcome. Service professional was welcoming and helpful, even though HE was not my usual service expert (I provided her name upon making my appointment). Waiting area was clean. Wait time longer than expected. Noticed my vehicle was completed and moved to a waiting area. I had to initiate action in order to get my service expert to “check me out’.
