TLDR: After a 45-minute wait, I was WRONGLY denied my SCHEDULED appointment by a receptionist, then sent away despite being seriously ill. I'm quite sick. Needed to get a rapid covid test. They had me waiting two hours. I had to pick my son up from school. They then called and asked for a $35 copayment?? And still said it will be a while because I had two people ahead of me. All I wanted was a nose swab not an office visit. Do not waste your time here.
What a let down... Called to verify that they have the ability to take x-ray's as I twisted my ankle last Friday and it was still swollen. After waiting for more than 20 mins, someone answers the phone at the 'nurses station' and by the tone of their voice they would have rather been at a proctologist appointment... Not good. Seems that one way or another they are out for money. So I went to get a covid PCR test in order to travel, I have gotten that before and it's a simple swab and lab process, no need to discuss anything. First I had to wait half hour past my appointment, then they send a nurse who's not even sure about the difference between PCR and antigen and doesn't know how I can get my results electronically. Don't come here, you have zero chance of being seen. Even if you make an appointment, days in advance, using their SOLV App, you are unlikely to be treated. I've been waiting for hours after checking in for my scheduled appointment, and I haven't seen one person go back to see the medical staff. Not a single one. I did see one person come in today, who waited 4 hours here yesterday for a follow on routine antibiotic booster shot. They told him to come back today and he wouldn't have to wait. Please don't go here. I've been to here for two days in a row looking to get a COVID test because they are the only place open later. Both times I have come they told me they stopped seeing patients at the hour mark before I came in on the first day at 7:00 when we came in at 7:03 and the second at 6:00 when I walked in at 6:12. They close at 8:00 for reference.
They said I'd get my covid results in one to two days and it's been five. I've missed important events and they won't answer calls! Terrible service.
I got to talk to the NP for 5 mins and come in the next day for blood work and an x-ray that was never performed. Today I got the bill in the mail for 350 dollars (BCBS didnt cover). Should've payed attention when I saw on both visits a patient complaining with the desk girl.
Another patient and I both asked for refunds and walked out without seeing the doctor. After 20-25 minutes of arriving at the facility right behind the other patient, I asked the reception how long the wait was going to be since the text link wasn't working to show me the wait times.
