My pregnant wife was diagnosed with the flu here. They completely forgot to call in her tamilflu. We called and reminded them and they still neglected to call the prescription in. The NP Nataline needs to be held accountable for patient neglect. Avoid this place at all costs!

WARNING! They say they are an Urgent Care, but will bill you as a family practice. I visited here while on Thanksgiving vacation to see family. I specifically asked if there would be any charges (I have Tricare) before being seen, and was told no. Then was sent a bill for $133.99. I called my insurance provider, and was told it was because they bill as a family practice and not an Urgent Care. SO, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE FOR URGENT CARE SERVICES! They'll take your money.

Fiance went there awful sick. The doctor was walking him back, she told the receptionist "we are going to be here forever" and was trying to rush him out. Tested him for the flu, it came back negative, but she said she was going to give him the flu meds anyway basically bc she wanted to leave instead of looking into it more. Ridiculous. Do your job.
